WHAT ARE AP CLASSES?
They are Advanced Placement rigorous classes that prepare your student better for College since they are taught in the same way.
The students can take these classes and at the end of the year they can also take the AP Exams. They will get a score from 1 to 5 in which, 3, 4 or 5 would be a passing grade and they can get College credit for it and that way, they can save time and money.
Students can also take just the exams, without taking the class, if they feel they dominate a subject.
A student may decide not to take the exam and just take this class to boost their overall GPA.
You need to be registered at College board in order to take an AP Exam.
